Malongo Moka d'Ethiopie Ground Coffee
Ethiopia produces an exceptional coffee which grows on small farms in the Sidamo region. Traditionally cultivated according to ancestral gestures, picked by hand, this coffee is an integral part of the local culture and is the subject of a ceremony that can last two hours.
In this region, the coffee garden is widespread, the agro-forestry system mixes large trees, often banana trees, coffee trees and annual plants. This harmonious production method allows sustainable use of soil and conservation of the environment.
