Malongo Mexico Roasted Coffee Bean
A pleasant light coffee, sweet, round and well balanced, not very long in the mouth.
The coffee is processed immediately after harvest by the farmers themselves. Pulping, fermentation and washing take place in small dedicated units, directly on the farms. The producers provide the cooperative with dry parchment coffee, which will take care of mixing, sorting and exporting them.
Malongo and his foundation are highly involved in various projects with small Mexican coffee producers. A long-standing commitment since meeting Padre Van der Hoff, co-founder of the Max Havelaar label in 1992.
