Malongo Colombia PGI Ground Coffee
This coffee is grown in small plantations at 1200 meters above sea. level in the highlands of Colombia. Like all production areas on the equator line has two harvests a year: the big one, from October to February and the small one, in May and June. This specificity allows it to export its production throughout the year.
This coffee is best paired with thin pies made from red fruit or stewed yellow fruit, ice cream and raspberry coulis.
