Malongo China Simao Roasted Coffee Bean
Soft and velvety coffee, persistent and well balanced, flavored with slightly spicy green notes.
Coffee is mainly grown in Yunnan province, in the south of the country. The coffee comes from the Simao district, not far from the borders with Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos, coffee producing countries.
Coffee plantations in the region have developed thanks to the increase in coffee consumption. This made it possible to discover excellent arabicas as well as new flavors. Traditionally, the Chinese population is a heavy consumer of tea. But, under Western influence, restaurants and hotels began to offer coffee, which allowed consumption to increase rapidly.
