Returns & Exchanges
All products are carefully checked, tested, and packaged prior to dispatch. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase at Yobuy.com, you are entitled to exchange your initial order(s) within the following days:
- Orders within Metro Manila - within seven (7) days from delivery date
- Orders outside Metro Manila - within fourteen (14) days from delivery date
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in good condition and complete with its original tags and packaging
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must not have any visible damages
- The item is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website
- The item is faulty, defective, or damaged prior to the shipment
- The item does not match the description and photos on the website
- The item delivered is incorrect
- Change of size or color
A few more important things to keep in mind when requesting for a return/exchange:
- The customer is entitled to a one-time return/exchange only. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange the second time.
- The shipping costs for returning and exchanging an item will be shouldered by the customer.
- We do not issue refunds unless the item ordered is already damaged or unavailable.
- Change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle them to a refund.
- We can provide the customer with a credit note equal to the amount of the returned item/s that can be used to make a separate purchase online.
- We do not accept order cancellations once the payment has been confirmed. However, if the order has not been paid yet, kindly email our customer support. With this, we advise all customers to review their orders before confirmation in order to ensure a smooth transaction.
- The customer must make sure the return package/s are sent with a trackable and insured service; Yobuy.com will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
- We urge all customers to provide necessary supporting documents in order to process approval of return request.
- Once the return package is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the status of their request.
How to return an item:
- Contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately or upon receiving the item to request for a return/exchange.
- Fill out the return form sent by our Customer Support.
- The customer may exchange the item at our store/head office or ship the item with its original packaging within the allowable period.
- Should the customer choose Standard Shipping, they must send us the proof of delivery with tracking number.
- Once the return package is received and you are eligible for an exchange, we will send a payment request of PHP 250 to the customer for the shipping cost.
- Once the payment is settled, our in-house delivery team will ship the exchange item via LBC.
